I’ve been a personal trainer for over 10 years, and along the way I’ve met countless amazing people. Those experiences, combined with my own journey, inspired me to also become a life coach.
I specialise in functional movement training with a holistic approach, helping clients build strength, mobility, and resilience in a way that supports their overall health and lifestyle. I strongly believe that a healthy mind builds a healthy body, and I work with this principle to create sustainable, long-term lifestyle changes.
